Go Modular Inc, is one of the oldest modular home builders in the northeast. Customization has always been our specialty. We are not talking about a stock plan and white out, which is a very dangerous proposition, we are talking about full customization capability. This will insure your home to be as beautiful as you always dreamed it would be.

While we are proud of the quality, style and distinction of our modular homes, we are even prouder of our unmatched commitment to service and excellence.

Today's modular homes are houses that are manufactured in a remote facility and then delivered to their intended site of use.

Modular homes and buildings are the fastest-growing segment of the home building industry. A modular building is simply a framed unit built to state building codes in a controlled, environmentally protected building center using precise and efficient construction technology. A modular home is built to the same codes or better as a site built home, and because they must be transported to the home site, modular homes are much stronger than site built homes.

Typically, modular homes in the United States are built to state code, so dwellings built in a given manufacturing facility may have differing construction standards depending on the final destination of the modules.

Modular home components are typically constructed within a large indoor facility. Independent building inspectors ensure that all building codes are adhered to during assembly.

Modular homes are often priced substantially lower than their site-built counterparts and are typically more cost-effective to builders and consumers. These new homes can be constructed in less time than it takes to build a home "on-site" and they are built to higher standards as well.
